Junior Procurement Analyst (Pharmaceutical MNC; Contract) #HMZT
Duration: 12m (Commence on short notice)
Salary: $3.4K - $4K
Bonus: 1.5m completion bonus
We are looking for contract Procurement Analyst to help support the Global Sourcing & Procurement Team in a Pharmaceutical MNC!!
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders on supplier communication
- Notify suppliers on name change according to schedule and track status
- Support Supply Chain Financing communication.
- Has strong excel knowledge and ability to perform thorough analysis on huge database
- Vendor creation/extension/change
- Create indirect Purchase Requisition
- Support cut-over activities related to Global Sourcing & Procurement
- Update and maintain Pricing Databases
- Price Analysis
- Management Reporting (Monthly Scorecard, Global Alternate Source Monthly Report, Claim, Contract Registers, PPV Quarterly Forecast)
- Quarterly Forecast
- Provide Spend Analysis
- Update IMEX Metrics
- Request for Proposal and Bid Analysis
- Assist with daily operational needs and support administrative activities
- Degree in business or Supply Chain
- 0-2 years procurement experience
- Proficient in Excel and SAP, preferred.
- Strong and effective communicator
- Flexible and Adaptable individual
