Perform checks for trade related and client signed documents. Ensuring accuracy, qualification, and documentation
Perform independent call back function on client instructions in relation to payments and static data changes
Prepare documentation and communications to external parties such as reference letters and confirmation of balances to auditors
Keep track of regulatory requirements applicable, provide solutions and implement to BAU operations
Support post trade control, reviewing voice logs to ensure sanity of transaction records
Experience/Exposure:
Min 2 years experience in performing call back function in the bank
Good with numbers and a good team player
Pro-active and able to work under pressure
Willing to learn and take on additional challenges
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
to liaise with external clients
Good communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
* Good PC knowledge: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
