Contract Data Management Officer, Hr Policy & Systems (12 Months)

Job Description


You will be part of the HR team that is responsible for the migration of HR data to a new HR system. You will also be assisting in the management of hardcopy and softcopy personnel files.

This role is a 12-month contract position.

Main Responsibilities You will be involved in the following activities:

  • Perform data collation and data clean-up
  • Perform data mapping from current SAP HR system to new Workday HR system
  • Participate in data conversion activities and perform data reconciliation
  • Perform post-conversion data validation
  • Assist in tracking progress of data migration activities
  • With guidance, understand the data management and retention policy and assist with the management of personnel files
  • Other data management activities

Job Requirements
  • Be comfortable working with data and is detail-oriented
  • Be able to meet set timelines independently
  • Have basic understanding of HR processes and HR systems such as SAP or Workday
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Excel as a tool to manage data
