Job Title: Contract Embedded Software Engineer
We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:
Location: North
Pay: $5000-$6000
Duration: 1 Year Contract under Recruit Express Payroll
Working hours: Office Hours
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment.
- Identify technical challenges and risks and accordingly develop resolution.
- Develop technical specifications based on product requirements.
- Design, develop, code, test and debug system software.
- Review code and design.
- Follow coding practices and recommend process improvements to build efficient systems.
- Interface with hardware design and development.
- Support software QA.
- Provide post development support.
- Work closely with other team members to deliver and optimize system performance.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Electronics Engineering or its equivalent.
- Strong C/C++ programming skills.
- Possess good understanding of software development life cycles.
- Good knowledge of microprocessor and microcontroller architecture.
- Possess knowledge of basic electronics hardware and its interfacing to software systems.
- Familiar with software configuration tools and concepts.
- Experience in firmware systems design, embedded development in Linux and Real-time operating systems is an added advantage
