• Position Title: Firmware Engineer/ Embedded Software Engineer
• Working Location: Yio Chu Kang
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday-Friday (8:30 AM-6:15 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• To spearhead the embedded firmware development of Automated Fare Collection System, including EMV, EMVco, PCI-PTS, etc.
• Manage the EMVco, PCI-PTS, PCI-DSS certification process & technical solutions with technology partners and accredited test laboratories.
• Embedded firmware development for 32/64-bits ARM MPU and MCU.
• Involved in the development, and prototyping of new products using ARM MCU, MPU, FPGA and DSP.
• Maintenance and improvement of the firmware for existing products.
• Documentation of firmware components and software blocks.
• Develop drivers for various operating systems (QNX, Linux, Windows, Android).
• Generate test plans and technical documents, including creating and executing test cases.

• Diploma/B.Eng/MSc/M.Eng in Electronics/Electrical/Computer.
• Proficient and knowledgeable in standards and concepts, including EMV contactless, contact certification process (MasterCard, VisaCard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PCI-PTS and PCI-DSS Data Encryption.
• Experience in using NFC, EMVco conformance test systems such as Micropross Contactless Test station and knowledge in ISO14443, ISO7816 and applicable standards.
• Able to grasp the hardware design/configuration and develop related firmware.
• At least 3 years of experience in firmware development using embedded C or
• C++ with assembly language support.
• Knowledge/experience in MCU, Microprocessors, ARM architecture
• Experience on embedded development tool platforms, e.g. Keil, RealView ARM,
• QNX, Linux, Windows Embedded.
