Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Financial Controller or his designate, you will assist in the following areas:
Establish and maintain contract policies and procedures; periodically audit customers to ensure contract compliance.
Responsible for drafting, analysing and negotiating contracts, writing amendments to contracts in order to improve on service or change policy procedures that meet the need of the customer and the company.
Coordinates with sales support team to set up customer restrictions per the contract and to assure compliance and with finance to set up correct customer terms and conditions.
Review all contracts and agency agreements made by a company to insure that contracts comply with the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies along with any government rules that might apply.
Provide direction and guidance in the proper administration of contracts, ensuring the maintenance of accurate, thorough contract records and help to facilitate efficient interdepartmental communications related to assigned areas.
Deliver training of the contract requirements to various personnel for general proficiency with contract language, terms and conditions, and principles in contract management.
Audit status of significant contract/legal activity by customer/vendor and make recommendations related to business risk, account management.
Support the Finance Department in corporate secretarial duties, bid bond, bank guarantee, performance bond, insurance coverage, and their associated documentation
Advise Human Resource Department in the areas of employment contract and related matters, including those relating to international assignment across the region.
Provide essential services necessary to support the office of the Managing Director with all duties of the company regarding the law, including giving advice when necessary, assuring the businesses comply with legal requirements.
Formulate, plan, execute and monitor marketing activities and campaigns. Conceptualize and implement marketing collaterals and materials.
Develop marketing presentation package.
Support social media platforms, e-marketing channels and website content.
Copywriting and proofread marketing material for offline/online marketing channels.
Support all brand and marketing-related activities for the Singapore business. He/ she will be partially responsible for assisting the regional marketing team in co-ordination and overseeing key projects implementation and execution.
Other duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Degree in law / legal studies or a business related discipline majoring in business law
Excellent interpersonal/emotional intelligence skills and negotiating/influencing skills, with proven success interacting with peers, senior management and other functional areas
Ability to work independently, handle simultaneous work assignments and projects, and drive for continuous process improvements
Experience with regulatory compliance desirable
