Job Description

s:.Create and maintains the systems security design for configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, and tenants. This will require close coordination with both technology and business teams to identify, develop, implement, and maintain the systems Security Matrix.Serves as a single point of contact for systems functional security design to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered.Optimize and simplify systems security design including constant review of domain and business process security policies as well as technical elements of the systems security framework.Partners with Risk & Compliance Team in the response to audit requirements concerning systems security configuration.Proactively performs regular security audits to ensure compliance with data management policies and protocols.Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy.Stay abreast of systems customer alerts and product releases that impact security.Actively participate and perform relevant activities in the Release Management process.Understand and follow defined technical standards, security and data privacy standards, and best practices.Period:

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pmSalary:

• Up to $5,500 (depending on experience)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience Internal
• Minimum 3 to 4 years total HR SaaS implementation/maintenance experience such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors
• Capable of understanding business requirements from non-IT stakeholders, and translating requirements to solution capabilities
• Good verbal/written communication
