Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the employee engagement activities
- Singapore lead for Workday programs and initiatives
- Prepares statutory surveys/reports and ensure timely submissions
- Assists in the HR annual cycle activities such as annual performance management exercise, salary benchmark survey, performance appraisal
- Coordinate onboarding activities and facilitates induction program to new joiners in the Singapore and Area office, especially the logistics and the session plan
- Ensures HR database up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees, maintain proper administration of employee files, assists in data analysis and metric tracking
- Provides administrative support on HR activities such as benefits administration, HR letters and other general HR duties as assigned
- Min. Diploma / Degree in any field
- Min 5 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday
- Able to commit to a long term contract
