Description
Responsibilities:
- To manage and process customers\' orders in efficient and accurate manner
- Close and timely co-ordination with internal and external parties on order fulfilment
- Prepare relevant documentation for shipment and deliveries including L/C documentation
- Timely invoicing to capture sales revenue
- Receipt and entry of Customers\' Complaints/Feedback into Quality Management System, and assist with the RMA process, including credit/replacement requests as part of complaint resolution.
- Handling of L/C negotiation where applicable
- Continuously seek improvement on order processes, procedures and system related enhancements
- To support ad hoc task assignments
- Min. Diploma / Degree in any field
- Min 2 years prior order fulfilment experience required
- Prior Working experience in a similar field preferred
