LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT \xe2\x80\x93 RETAIL AND CORPORATE * Ensure training calendar, training program, refreshers and activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care

• Liaise with suppliers/vendors to secure support for products / brands trainings for the retail team
• Responsible for the registration of CAG related trainings that is mandatory for the application and renewal of airport passes
• Develop and review training contents to ensure relevancy to current training needs
• Conduct training needs analysis and co-ordinate training registration, claims, grants for the employees (Retail and Corporate)
• Support and co-ordiante mandatory trainings such as First Aid, Trade Compliance and Security Compliance for new and existing employees

HUMAN RESOURCES * Co-ordinate and execute the stand-up on-boarding program for retail new hires

• Support the on-boarding for corporate new hires (Executive levels)
• Execute the in-store Lotte STAR DNA customer experience program
• Be the point of contact to manage Mystery shopping / One Changi / Extra Miles Award matters
• Prepare weekly & monthly HR reports for Training & Development areas
• Responsible to review, propose, execute and improve Employee Engagement Program / activities
• Performs any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications * Diploma or Degree in Business / Management / Human Resources

• At least 2 years of relevant HR and Training experiences in retail or travel retail work environment.
• Effectively bilingual (English / Mandarin) and possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written to do translation and to liaise with Mandarin speaking employees.
• Competent in stand-up training / MS office / presentation
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
• Strong interpersonal skills with mature disposition.
