Job Description


Oversee the Customer Service Assistants (CSA) as they handle day to day orders and requests from customers.

Train the CSAs on operating processes and client needs to ensure that they are capable of handling orders from customers.

Provide on the job training and make sure that the CSAs they are capable of doing their jobs.

Overseeing and ensuring that the team promptly and accurately completes order processing for client receipt and issue orders.

Make sure that all pertinent transactional records are filed appropriately for warehouse receipts and issues as well as customer orders.

Maintaining a positive relationship with clients can help you better understand their needs and respond to any inquiries or service issues they may have.

Send urgent concerns to the assistant manager in charge of quality and staff discipline.

Make suggestions for enhancing work procedures and service standards.

Ensure that the shelf-life and stop-ship dates for the customer\'s items are handled and updated periodically in a timely manner.

During his or her absence, a backup assistant manager will be monitoring the AED compliance with the OD permit declaration.

Follow all safety and security procedures in the warehouse.

Create KPI reports for clients.

Back up AM for store inventory maintenance and stock replenishment (e-Procurement)

Create the Zoutlog report daily and publish the dashboard and charing a daily cadence call.

Chair S.E.A calls twice a week on the third and fourth weeks of the month. Third and fourth weeks of each month, Shipmax calls. Every Tuesday and Thursday there is a S.E.A (South East Asia) call.

Reduce the LC disparity and increase LC lead-time with a back-up letter of credit (KPI- monthly review)

ECO application & FTA application

Dangerous packing and declaration.

Attend the India SSU, E2E, and Shipmax calls that take place every Monday and Thursday.

Processing orders, creating shipping documents, checking the shipping documents, and getting ready to submit the SI.

Before the products are released, WMS must grant access and confirm AED compliance.

Backup for SLO when staff are down

Maintaining & practice good 5S, including filling.

Backup Update CS Dashboard before 11 a.m
