Lead and manage the Contract Logistics (CL) business team to achieve sales and operational targets.
Develop and implement business strategies to expand Contract Logistics services, especially in B2C and MNC customer segments.
Manage key client relationships and drive customer satisfaction through proactive account management.
Oversee warehouse and transportation operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
Coordinate with HQ and regional offices to align strategies, share best practices, and drive synergies.
Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead tender/RFQ responses.
Monitor financial performance of the CL business unit and ensure profitability and cost control.
Requirements & Skills
Experience in logistics, with strong exposure to both sales and operations.
Experience in Managing key accounts and developing new business in CL/SCM.
Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional or multinational teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Familiarity with logistic systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS.
