Description
We are looking for enthusiastic call centre assistant to be outsourced to our clients.
:
- As a member of the Contact Centre, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, promoting hospital services, handling enquires and feedback.
- You will also be involved in supporting service operations and deployment to improve customers\' experience.
Must be willing to travel to woodlands. * Resilience - Able to take stress due to high call volumes and keeping to quality standards. Able to take scolding from demanding patients
- Multi-task - Able to handle a few system at one go
- Fast - Fast worker, fast thinker and fast learner
- Adaptive - Able to adapt to new workflow and guidelines
- Customer Service - Like such a role and ability to manage this aspect.
- Desk bound - Comfortable desk bound and accept taking calls all day long.
