Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of contract administration for LTA projects, including tender contracts, subcontracts, and variation orders.
Oversee commercial and contractual compliance in line with LTA guidelines and contractual obligations.
Prepare, review, and negotiate contract documents, claims, and variations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Track and report project cost, risk, and financial exposure, ensuring alignment with budget and contractual obligations.
Provide advice and guidance to project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and documentation for audits and LTA reporting.
Resolve contractual disputes, claims, and potential delays proactively, escalating where necessary.
Support management in tender submissions, claims analysis, and contractual risk assessments.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
At least 5-10 years of experience in contract management on civil/infrastructure projects, with strong exposure to LTA projects in Singapore.
Strong knowledge of Singapore construction law, FIDIC/PSA contracts, and LTA procedures.
Proven ability to manage claims, variations, and contract negotiations effectively.
