Looking for

Contract Manager. Must be good in tender and contracts.

Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control Responsible in Post-Contracts administration for both the Main Contract and Subcontracts Monitor all financial aspects of the projects to ensure projects run according to budget Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payment Be familiar with various stages of projects so as to source for the most viable yet reasonable priced materials Able to share new perspectives on cost, orders and claims Well verse in

Architectural and C&S costing.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Degree/Diploma

in

Quantity Surveying

, Building or

Civil Engineering, Architectural.

Minimum 5 years working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities on projects *

Candidates with knowledge in Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Conditions of Contract, REDAS, FIDIC, FIDIC Short Form of Contracts
