Job Description



  • Recruitment Process
  • Own the job briefing session and partner with Hiring Manager/Teams on aligning internal expectations to external market landscape
  • Conduct sourcing and screening of potential candidates across all channels and responsible for marketing of open requisitions.
  • Be a business partner, contributing to the Recruitment Plan, adding insight to the Recruitment Campaign by \xe2\x80\x98knowing the market\xe2\x80\x99 beyond job description.
  • Manage the interview scheduling, briefing and debriefing with candidates and Hiring teams.
  • Manage the offer process with OpCos HR teams and/or Rewards for compensation alignment
  • Support in the onboarding of new Hires


  • BUSINESS PARTNERING
  • Provide ongoing recruitment advice to the Hiring Team and provide insights to support decision making, in line with rules, policies and procedures.
  • Whilst conscious of internal needs and solutions, be up to date with market trends and potential changes that the Hiring Teams should consider.
  • Be the trusted advisor to the Hiring teams.


  • PROJECTS
  • Lead projects that impact the Talent Acquisition organisation and contribute to projects that go beyond the defined Recruiter remit.
