Own the job briefing session and partner with Hiring Manager/Teams on aligning internal expectations to external market landscape
Conduct sourcing and screening of potential candidates across all channels and responsible for marketing of open requisitions.
Be a business partner, contributing to the Recruitment Plan, adding insight to the Recruitment Campaign by \xe2\x80\x98knowing the market\xe2\x80\x99 beyond job description.
Manage the interview scheduling, briefing and debriefing with candidates and Hiring teams.
Manage the offer process with OpCos HR teams and/or Rewards for compensation alignment
Support in the onboarding of new Hires
BUSINESS PARTNERING
Provide ongoing recruitment advice to the Hiring Team and provide insights to support decision making, in line with rules, policies and procedures.
Whilst conscious of internal needs and solutions, be up to date with market trends and potential changes that the Hiring Teams should consider.
Be the trusted advisor to the Hiring teams.
PROJECTS
Lead projects that impact the Talent Acquisition organisation and contribute to projects that go beyond the defined Recruiter remit.
