HRD Professional Handyman Pte Ltd: HRD PROFESSIONAL HANDYMAN PTE LTD UEN: 200410805C Reply via WhatsApp only +65 8318 9200 Position: Contract Remote Sales and Service Support Staff (WFH) Vacancies: 1 pax Job Brief: Monday to Friday (8 am to 3 pm) 8am: Log in to the Field Service Portal, Whatsapp, email and pick up calls (rarely have calls anyway).

  • Review yesterday’s work and update the KS Field service portal
o Make sure all after-work images were uploaded by the team members and the client’s signature o If completed – do .. o If not completed – do .. o If there is any follow up needed – do ..
  • To list all RFQ from Whatsapp, portal and email.
  • Create your own to-do list + whatever instructions from Operation Managers
  • Start to reply all one by one.
o If cannot reply, then seek guidance from Ms. Ng. o If new client’s enquiry make sure all 5 data complete and reply accordingly using KS Field Service Portal. o If existing project .. o If completed project .. 2 pm: Review tomorrow’s appointments with Operation Managers and send Whatsapp or email reminders to the clients 3pm: Submit work day’s summary and log off
On Wednesday – Chase for AR payments (not many)
Requirements and skills: (a) Computer knowledge (b) Customer service orientated (c) Meticulous in work and can follow thru the projects till complete (d) Honest and work independently (e) Growth mentality that takes ownership of the issues and follows up till the issues are resolved.
