Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical verification checks on customers\xe2\x80\x99 income documents to process customers\xe2\x80\x99 unsecured loans account creation or maintenance in Bank\xe2\x80\x99s operating systems
- Toggle between different systems to perform pre-processing and data entries for customer\xe2\x80\x99s unsecured loans account creation
- Lead/Participate the team in providing ideas/initiatives in digitalization of processes and automation improvement
- Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standards \xe2\x80\x93 timely and accurately
- Review & update system reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Degree/Diploma
- Have experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of handling challenging projects
- Are creative, decisive and resilient, have a digital mindset and passionate about Technologies and Innovation
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
