Provide end-to-end commercial support for Out-of-Baseline business by providing customer pricing for small order requests, the opportunities lifecycle management, the support of internal approvals, the coordination of contract management & delivery, the billing triggering and reporting.
Negotiate pricing and financial aspects to address customer needs whilst complying with company commercial, risk and corporate policy requirements.
Commercial activities, policy, and process to support of financial and business objectives while supporting business growth.
Provide customer pricing for small order requests
Work with the relevant parties (Suppliers, Shipping team, Burlington team, CSM, SGS, SD, Purchasing) to obtain pricing information or quotations whenever required
Prepare business cases
Prepare proposal documentation.
Create salesforce opportunities for small order requests
Update and manage the small order salesforce opportunities
Manage qualifications and credit approval required for customer in salesforce
Work with the requestor (SGS, AM, SD) to close the opportunities.
Coordinate the internal approval required for the small order opportunities.
Follow up with the relevant parties to get the cases approved
Issue CRAS/ PO CRAS
Coordinate with the GEO Contract SPOC for Contract Amendment/ Order Form/ Change Request
Obtain authorized signature sign off for contract
Send out the contract notification form
Setup the contract billing milestone in Salesforce
Raise requisitions for equipment or services purchases
Ensure PO is issued for every purchase and in-line with the budget.
Follow up and track shipment and delivery
Ensure that the equipment or services had been successfully delivery within the given time.
Trigger billing to customer on time.
Ensure that the invoice had been sent to customer within the billing period
Work with Finance to ensure that the payment had been made within the payment period.
Identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any disciplines.
3 years of business experience, with some IT experience in Pricing, Data Analytics or Commercial Management for large global companies.
Experience in Commercial support role and Data Analytics or Commercial Management with large global companies.
Broad technical knowledge of IT, software, hosted, integration-type projects and managed data network projects and bids.
Some understanding of the financial, accounting & contracting concepts
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
Being able to work independently with minimal supervision
Being able to coordinate with different parties to get things done
Ability to understanding internal processes
Respond Promptly and flexibly to customers.
Excellent grasp of Microsoft Excel, word and powerpoint applications.
Some knowledge of Salesforce will be advantageous.
