Job Description


Description:

  • Preparation and submission of various monthly reports before deadline
  • Coordination of monthly CEO/BOD meeting
  • Assist GM in preparation of monthly presentation slides for meeting
  • Assist Engineers in coordinating and preparation of contract documents for binding / printing
  • Assist in preparation of tender for submission as and when required
  • Coordinate with Engineers and TC LMU team leaders for any work related matters
  • Preparation of PPE issuance for new joins
  • Managing of SharePoint documentation
  • Provide support for internal/external audit
  • Provide IT support \xe2\x80\x93 liaise with T&I and staff for any IT related issues
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Period:
  • 1 year contract
Location:
  • Bukit Merah
Working Hours:
  • Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 6pm
  • Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary:
  • Up to $2500
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma with relevant experience
