verification of line items in grant claims that are allowable under relevant funding guidelines from National Research Fund or other fund sponsors
ensure claim amounts are accurate and supported by relevant documents
liaise with grantees to seek clarifications; and
raise invoices in Workday for disbursement to grantees after claims are verified to be in order
2. Prepare reports to seek reimbursement from fund sponsors.
3. Monitor and remind grantees on timely submission of claim forms.
4. Ensure timely submission of audit reports by grantees, review the audit reports and liaise with grantees/auditors to clarify findings, if applicable.
5. Prepare quarterly reconciliation on disbursements and receipts for grant projects, and scholarships under Singapore-Industry Scholarship (SgIS) and Skills Future.
6. Check Energy Industry Scholarship (EIS) claims to be in order, liaise with Sponsoring Organisations for claims clarifications and check for proper documentation of claims and correspondences for audit purposes.
7. Provide support in audits as well as other matters in relation to grant administration.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline (preferably with Accounting or Finance background)
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Independent, meticulous, self-motivated and has good follow-up skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (mandatory) and Workday (preferred)
Work Schedule: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
