We are currently based at Metropolis, Buona Vista, Singapore. This is a 2 years contract role, with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in negotiations and assists in management of low risk contracts. Drafts internal approval sheet and obtains the various levels of approval for all contracts. May take on a more prominent role within low risk contract management as experience is gained.
Manages prequalification and RFQs for low risk contracts under supervision. May also take responsibility for prequalification activities in relation to medium risk contracts and provide input/assistance into development of medium risk RFQs.
Organizes and maintains logs and files (both in terms of a central database and hard copy filing systems) in a systematic manner to allow for easy access by other department personnel.
Performs miscellaneous commercial/contracts tasks as assigned.
Typical tasks performed by a Contracts Administrator include but are not limited to:
-Prequalification of potential subcontractors. -Manpower supply contracts
Requirements:
- Open to Fresh graduates, or a Diploma with one year commercial / contracts experience.
