Particular focus will be the administration of subcontracts, professional services agreements and supply agreements to permit cost, time and quality objectives to be achieved.Key AccountabilitiesHandle tender and project cost estimations, prepare bills of quantitiesPreparation of tender documentation and participation in the subcontract / supply procurement process.Preparation of contract recommendation for award and compilation of contract documentationAssessments of variation claims including details regarding quantities of required materials, resolve contractual claims and finalize accountsAnalysing completed work and arranging payment to SubcontractorsTrack changes to the design and/or construction work from a commercial perspectiveProvide support in the development and maintenance of the project agreement templates (including subcontract agreements, supply agreements, professional services agreements etc.)Provide support to the project team for the effective management of subcontractor and supplier payments in accordance with the contract terms (including any security of payment requirements).Provide support in the preparation of insurance claims and ensure appropriate records are maintained.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Surveying or related discipline. May have experience and or/functional knowledge of Construction Industry.
