Key Responsibilities
Oversee tender documentation, measurement, and cost estimation processes.
Develop tender and procurement strategies for suppliers, subcontractors, and specialists.
Review cost estimations and monitor project cash flow and budget forecasts.
Approve payment responses, final accounts, and ensure effective post-contract administration.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and collection.
Advise on risk mitigation and dispute resolution strategies.
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Mentor and develop Quantity Surveyors within the department.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in Contracts Administration or Quantity Surveying.
Strong knowledge in
contracts management, cost control, and dispute resolution
.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and good communication (verbal & written) skills.
Leadership qualities, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
