Job Description

Responsibilities: The role resides in the Finance & Corporate Planning Department and will work closely with various stakeholders across different departments. Key responsibilities will include reviewing contracts, contract documentation and management, supporting and ensuring compliance with the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Director, Finance & Corporate Planning
• Review contracts for sales and purchases of products and services, as well as partnerships / collaborations / alliances
• Guide the business on procurement policies and processes
• Support the business on contractual requirements and documentation
• Advice and support the business on legal and contractual matters, including disputes, enforcements and legal proceedings
• Liaise with and instruct external legal counsels (where necessary) for contractual matters
• Develop and manage a contract filing system to ensure proper archive and easy retrieval of executed contracts
• Support the business to ensure compliance with contractual obligations including deliverables, deadlines, renewal or extension protocols
• Assist with contractual negotiations with external parties, as needed

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Law and Business
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience. Candidates with at least 2 years in-house experience, preferably with exposure handing procurement and sales contracts preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore contract law and legal principles
• Excellent inter-personal and good negotiation skills, able to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
• Good internal and external stakeholder management is a must.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
