Job Description
: * Lead and guide the quantity surveying team in contracts administration to ensure quality and timeliness in delivery of their assigned tasks and responsibilities * Advise and r : Lead and guide the quantity surveying team in contracts administration to ensure quality and timeliness in delivery of their assigned tasks and responsibilities Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims Oversee the preparation and monitoring of project cost budget, cash-flow cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment Work closely with the project team to ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract Verify contractor's claims for variations and payments Assess contractor's performance Job Requirements: Degree in Building/ Quantity Surveying / Structural & Civil Engineering / Building Management & Maintenance / Electrical Engineering / Construction Management At least 2 years of working experience in maintenance contract Possess leadership attributes Work Location: Tampines
