Job Description
A reputable construction firm is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team due to a number of new project wins. This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation with an impressive track record of delivering high profile projects in Singapore.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for,
- Contract administration and commercial reporting.
- Develop a contract management system
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments.
- Managing and interfacing contract negotiation
- Handle and resolve contractual disputes and claims.
- Review tender documentation from contractual point of view
Requirements
- Recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Contract Manager with a track record of building projects with contract value of more than $100 million in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge in contracts management and claims; construction law would be highly advantageous.
- Analytical and strong communicator
