  • Client: MNC in Mega building projects, LTA/MRT, Marine/ O&G Projects, ETC
  • Location: Town, Central
  • Working hours: 5 days work week, 8 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm
  • Salary: Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
  • Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, 17 days annual leave ++

Requirements: * Degree in the Built Environment or related fields.
  • Must be conversant and have in-depth knowledge of PSSCOC. Familiarity with SIA, REDAS, and NEC would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Singapore Construction Project experience in contract negotiation, administration and management.
  • A high level of integrity, dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result oriented
Responsibilities:The Contracts Officer is responsible for overseeing commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts, managing any commercial and contractual risk relating to the project. He/ She reports to the Project Manager and/ or the Department Head.
  • Provides contractual support to the project through all stages: construction, subcontracting, completion and hand-over.
  • Proactively engages in continuous improvement and review of existing processes, systems and policies that may support the project\'s contract management and administration.
  • Manages contractual claims, disputes, settlements and resolution
  • Possesses interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders, thinks strategically and critically, exercising judgement after consideration for all aspects.
  • Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills.
