Control Engineer
Job Description
1. The applicant\xe2\x80\x99s main responsibility will be to liaise with our customers on project related matters and take part in commissioning jobs when needed around the world. 2. Must be able to participate and contribute in design and engineering decisions for Projects. 3. Troubleshoot mechanical and control systems (PLC). 4. Participate in kick off meetings and clarification meetings at customers\xe2\x80\x99 premises together with the sales team for new projects 5. Must be able to travel on short notice if required. 6. Ability to perform RISK Analysis will be advantageous 7. Knowledge to understand, P&ID, AS BUILT Drawings, General Assembly Drawings Qualification and Requirements:
- A degree holder from a recognised university in the field of Electronics Engineering /Electrical Engineering with mechanical engineering background.
- Knowledge of PLC Programming (Control Systems) as well as compressor systems.
- Self-motivated, high integrity, with Strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills
- 2D/ 3D AutoCAD or Solid works
- Microsoft Office
- Project Management (Microsoft Project)
- Good knowledge with PLC products
- Able to design and program various PLC control systems
- Good programming skills especially in Siemens, Allen Bradley & Schneider
- Willing to work in Tuas area.
