The WSP is called The Catalyst Programme which is a structured on-the-job (OJT) development WSP that allows Polytechnic Diploma holders to secure a full-time position with Singtel while pursuing a university honours degree in BEng Infrastructure and Systems Engineering. This programme is open to Singtel's internal employees as well as external polytechnic diploma holders preferably from the Engineering domain. • Design, develop, and maintain control systems for power, cooling, and security in data centres.
• Implement SCADA, BMS (Building Management System), and EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring System) solutions.
• Ensure real-time monitoring and automation of critical infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and optimize control logic, sensors, and automation protocols.
• Work with electrical and mechanical engineers to enhance system reliability.
• Ensure compliance with data centre standards.
• Develop documentation, SOPs, and training for operations teams.

Skills for Success

• A diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Building Services.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and internal team.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and within tight deadlines
