: Experience with Control-M Administration on Distributed Systems BMC Accreditation/ Professional certification would be preferred.Experience in Deployment of BMC Control-M application from scratch and upgrading activitiesSound knowledge on Control-M architecture and supporting tools with V9.xExperience with Control-M High availability and DR setupExperience in Configuring SSL for Control-M Web, Control-M/EM to Control-M/Server, and Control-M/Server to Control-M/AgentShould be capable of handling installation, upgrading, and maintaining Control-M and related applicationsControl-M Agent and Application pack Installation, Configuration, and Deployment activities.Troubleshooting of administrative issues in the Control-M environment.Sound knowledge of Control modules/Application plugins (Database).Experience on Add-Ons (Self-Service, BIM, Workload Change Manager and Application Integrator) of Control-MGood understanding of utilities and various automation activities, which can be done through Control-M utilitiesGood understanding of Control-M Automation API and WorkbenchKnowledge of Shell, PowerShell, and Python Scripting.Should be able to provide solutions to batch scheduling and operations team for any control-m related issues.Manage any Control-M improvements projects related to automation and best practice.Manage Control-M upgrade projects, including planning, testing and ImplementationDisaster Recovery Design, Planning Strategy, and Implementer.Administration of Control-M users via Control-M Security and LDAPTechnical Knowledge - Scripting, Database, OS, Application Development Lifecycle, Integration with various tools and technologyKnowledge on Integration of Control-M with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow for Auto ticketing and Automation
