- Lead and coordinate the ongoing consolidation, expansion, and upgrading efforts of our extensive Building Management System (BMS), which plays a critical role in controlling and automating various aspects of our ACMV/building services installations.
- Swiftly respond to and troubleshoot any issues or interruptions within our facilities control systems.
- Identify innovative solutions and implement enhancements for facilities control systems to address various use cases effectively.
- Provide support for training and development initiatives aimed at nurturing the skills of technicians in the field.
- Demonstrate adept project management skills to oversee programs of activity and ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of key projects.
- Exhibit IT proficiency and adeptness in collecting and analyzing data.
- Possess a diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Related Engineering.
- Accumulate a minimum of 4-7 years of pertinent experience within the BMS domain.
- Candidates possessing familiarity with programming, electrical systems or operations, and sensor field devices.
