Job Description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Controls Project Manager:
Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to support project execution from system validation to implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement in team productivity, efficiency, and technical capabilities.
• Oversee programming tasks for system devices and graphical user interfaces based on project specifications.
• Provide technical guidance during system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases.
• Support the preparation and submission of operations and maintenance documentation when required.
• Ensure software configurations, databases, and project-related files are regularly updated and backed up.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar engineering or technical role.
• Prior experience in energy management systems, HVAC systems, chiller plant systems, or building automation systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IT networking, database programming, and programming languages such as Function Block, Structured Language, or HTML5 is a plus.
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or LONTalk is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated work approach.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 8,000 +VB (2.5 Months) + Allowance
• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• On target variable bonus: 20% of annual pay which is 2.4 months, depend on individual performance and individual KPI achievement (orders, sales, margin etc)
