Job Description

Jig & Fixture, Precision Machining, Tool & Die, Metal Fabrication, Automation, Cutter repair, and other engineering work.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate conventional milling and turning machines to produce precision metal components. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications for machining tasks. Set up, adjust, and maintain machining equipment according to job requirements. Fabricate, modify, and repair jigs, fixtures, tools, dies, cutters, and other custom parts. Inspect finished products for quality and conformance to specifications. Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to solve machining challenges. Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards in the workshop. Support automation, special cutter manufacturing, and general engineering projects as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating conventional milling and turning machines. Understanding of precision machining, jig & fixture, and tool & die fabrication. Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement instruments. Experience in metal fabrication and cutting tool repair is a plus. Good teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn new processes and support a variety of engineering tasks.
