Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling claims, conducting searches, managing billing, tracking deadlines, and addressing general queries.
Assist lawyers with conveyancing-related matters, including the sale and purchase of private properties.
Review, proofread, and prepare legal documents related to conveyancing transactions.
Draft correspondence (letters, emails) and respond to client and third-party inquiries promptly.
Maintain systematic filing and documentation for efficient record-keeping.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
2-5 years of relevant experience in conveyancing, legal administration, or a related field.
Background in Law/Legal Services is preferred, but fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
Positive work attitude with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software (if applicable).
