Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes, mainly Italian and Western styles Support daily kitchen operations and ensure food consistency Set up and maintain a clean, organized work station Follow food hygiene and safety guidelines Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory checks
Requirements
Familiar with Italian or Western cooking techniques Able to work well in a team and handle busy service periods Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
