We're hiring a

Cook / Chef de Partie

who loves the rush of service, takes pride in clean, bold flavours, and fits right into a crew that moves quick and has fun doing it.

What You'll Do

Bring the Heat

Prep, cook, and plate dishes quickly and consistently. Keep flavours punchy and plating sharp, even when the tickets won't stop.

Hold the Standard

Make sure every plate is tasty, consistent, and presentation-ready. Maintain portions and never drop quality for speed.

Work as One Team

Sync with FOH to keep service smooth. Join pre-shift briefings and share ideas that tighten up operations.

Stay Ready for the Rush

Keep your station clean, organised, and always service-ready. Flag equipment or safety issues early -- no surprises mid-service.

Stay Stocked & Smart

Track supplies, highlight shortages, and rotate stock properly. Help reduce waste through smart prep and portioning.

Create, Don't Just Cook

Work with FOH and BOH to test and refine new menu ideas. Bring bold, fun, slightly cheeky concepts that fit the Chupitos spirit.

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Chef de Partie or cook in a professional kitchen. Strong cooking fundamentals and understanding of kitchen flow. Clear communicator who thrives under pressure. Fast, adaptable, and steady in the heat. Familiar with food safety and hygiene standards. Culinary training is a bonus but not mandatory.
