Job Description


  • Able to cook South Indian and North Indian cuisine.
  • Able to cook like Dosai, Idli, Vada.
  • Work under the supervision of the head chef.
  • Assists in the kitchen food preparation.
  • Preparation duties include mixing, chopping, grinding batter, and basic cooking skills like tossing, frying, and steaming.
  • Clean and ensure sanitary conditions and operating order of the kitchen appliances, equipment, food storage areas, and the kitchen itself.
  • Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment especially when the business demands are high.
  • Must be a team player and be willing to help out wherever necessary.
  • Will also be responsible for keeping all the live cooking areas clean and tidy
