Job Description
- To be responsible for the daily food preparations and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities for local cuisines.
- To work according to the menu specifications.
- To prepare the daily mis-en-place and food productions.
- To keep up to date with the new products and recipes.
- To be responsible for general duties in the kitchen.
- To maintain good conditions of all kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas.
- To maintain high standard of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- To assist in the preparation of ingredients for the necessary cooking.
- To assist in the cutting of vegetables/meat/fruits etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Singaporeans only.
- Preferably 1 year experience in the Hospitality industry.
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
- 6 days work week.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
