To be responsible for the daily food preparations and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities for local cuisines.
To work according to the menu specifications.
To prepare the daily mis-en-place and food productions.
To keep up to date with the new products and recipes.
To be responsible for general duties in the kitchen.
To maintain good conditions of all kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas.
To maintain high standard of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
To assist in the preparation of ingredients for the necessary cooking.
To assist in the cutting of vegetables/meat/fruits etc.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Singaporeans only.
Preferably 1 year experience in the Hospitality industry.
A valid Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
6 days work week.
Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
