Working location: Pulau Tekong Camp
Working Days: 5 days/ week
Working Timing Night Shift: 8pm to 8am (3 hours break)
Shift Allowance: $22/ night shift
Conduct pre-cooking checks on raw materials.
Prepare raw materials for the next meal.
Ensure all the ingredients are in accordance with approved recipe and cooking of meals according to recipes.
Conduct sensory and evaluation.
Recording of cooked food temperatures in the 7 in 1 file Hot & Cold equipments.
Provide quality service during serving.
Collect food sample.
Wash the Kwali and ensure the kitchen surrounding areas are cleaned properly.
Operate and clean a combi oven safely.
Ensure daily operations is aligned to all company policies, procedures and maximum standards.
Ensure daily cooking procedures are in accordance with Camp cook house\'s SOP.
Ensure all food orders are prepared promptly and dispatched accordingly.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene maintain in the kitchen.
