Job Description


COOK (KITCHEN, ROAST, DIMSUM, NOODLES & CONGEE) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and cook food as directed by Head Chef or superiors
  • Work closely and cooperate with all team members
  • Ensure high standards of food preparation, quality and consistency, personal and food hygiene
  • Minimize food wastages, follow instructions from Head Chef
  • Follow the cleaning schedule and wash your workstation, chillers, freezers, equipment as well as utensils in order to always maintain cleanliness and follow workplace safety and regulations Provide support in ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

WORKING HOURS & LOCATIONS
  • Location: Jurong Point, Chin Bee Crescent, Funan & Buona Vista (Rochester) Working hours: 6 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week, 56 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS
  • No experience required as on job training will be provided
  • Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards
  • Clean and hygienic in food handling
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced work environment
