Salary: $2,000 - $2,500
Working Days: 6 days/week
Working Hours: 60 hrs/week (excluding 2 hr break)

Responsibilities
Involvement of culinary operations in selected cuisine restaurants
Preparation of daily operations & mise en place
Adhere to compliances with food hygiene standards and operating procedures
Adhere to attendance and discipline levels against duty roster and schedule
Requirements
No prior experience required for Commis Cook
Experience will be considered for senior positions (CDP, JR SOUS, SOUS CHEF)
Passionate about food, strong in leadership & able to assist in managing the kitchen
Food-oriented, dynamic and willing to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as a team
