Job Title: Cook/Senior Cook - Hot Kitchen

Our client is Singapore\'s only true artisan bakery & food store first opened in 2012. Their bakery products are hand-crafted and made with time honoured processes with honest ingredients.
:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes- Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards- Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
Job Requirements:
- Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent- Preferably 1 year working experience in Western cuisine.- Training will be provided for those who have no experience but have passion for everything Western- Good team player and self-motivated- Able to work on weekends/public holidays- Split shift is required (3 - 6pm)
Compensation:
- Meal provided- OT allowance- Split shift allowance- 6 days off per month
