Job Description

This is an important position to provide technical support to CMS business of Water. The position will bring hands on experience of Cooling and Boiler Water Chemicals to the industry. The position will support the sales and service team across SEA remotely and through physical presence to create value at customer location. Individual will be working with sales force to help them in discovery process and identify avenues to add value / revenue at an optimum cost to treat. Essential Responsibilities:

• Support the sales and service team in trouble shooting.
• Train the Sales and Service force on Cooling Water and Boiler Water Treatment
• Work with field team to develop best practices and SOP for all existing applications.
• Attend technical reviews along with commercial team.
• Help the commercial team in preparing technical review documents, audit reports, root-cause analysis.
• Take part in technical discussion along with the commercial team for the new opportunity.
• Conduct customer workshop on Cooling and Boiler Water Chemicals to build brand value and customer awareness.
• Work with Global Product application team to bring the new technology, products to SEA region.
• Work in tandem with sourcing to localize raw material to bring down the lead time and cost.
• Develop case studies and reference folder for sales and service team.
• Build bundled offering for Cooling and Boiler Chemicals which includes Product, calculations, Monitoring techniques, testing method, special dosing system, similar case study and hands on training
• Build competitive intelligence data base.
• Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and opportunities for which resources outside the region need to be brought in.

• MSc (Chemistry)/B.Tech (Chemical)/Diploma in Chemical Engg with First class scores
• At least 15 years of experience post qualification.
• At least 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the similar industry with hands on experience

• Strong understanding of industry and process fundamentals.
• Ability to communicate with customer and having previous experience in similar job.
• Ability to work with broader team in multicultural environment.
