Time Type: Full Time PURPOSE OF THE POSITION To support the Chemical operations team in delivering outstanding performance in a forwarding and logistics environment in the Asia region, providing exemplary service to our customers through effective management and direct client relationships.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities & Duties

  • Receive booking and process customers’ order through in-house RTMS & FMS Systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties (customers, freight forwarders and sub-contractors) on transportation arrangement.
  • Ability to execute the delivery to meet customer objective without error and mistake, strictly adhere to customer SOP.
  • Monitor all deliveries closely and update related parties.
  • Ensure individual job task is being fulfilled for their delivery time and cargo safety.
  • Opening job, prepare invoice to customer and monitor invoicing until job is complete.
  • Follow up on debit note for upfront payment status.
  • Follow up on customers’ requests / scheduled orders / inquiries.
  • Provide good communication to the customer and internal division bookings and ensure reporting to Operations Manager for any critical matter or failure cases or disputed / delayed cases.
  • Record customer complaint to relevant folder and come out with a correction action plan to avoid similar mistake from re-occurrence.
  • Handle administrative duties.

Work Experience & Skills
  • Diploma / Degree holder.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in transportation field.
  • Experience in processing PSA PortNet.
  • Experience in freight terms & warehouse coordination will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in DG trucking will be an advantage
  • Good planning, coordinating, prioritizing, customer service and administrative skills
  • Excellent and strong communication skills, spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with multi-tasking and work under pressure.
