Main Duties & Responsibilities: They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Logistics Operations Manager who can manage logistics work center operations, drive process improvements such as cost, quality, delivery and safety, and realise service targets. Key responsibilities of this role would include:
Accountable for driving process improvements, change management, program transitions, manage and spearhead logistics projects
Accountable for strategic planning and execution for logistical work operations
Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation service providers and customers
Manage 3PL on warehouse operations and transportation, including their key performance index (KPIs) and scorecard metrics. Generate reports and evaluate 3PL performances.
Formulate and execute improvement of logistics processes and capabilities (streamline and optimise processes from upstream to downstream) with best-in-class practices.
Training and development of Logistics team members.
