Coordinator (cold Chain Logistics)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist and support night shift drivers with deliveries to outlets. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely completion. Ensure cold chain standards are followed during loading and transport. Act as main point of contact for drivers during night operations. Record delivery status and incidents, and prepare summary reports for management.
Requirements:
Prior logistics or delivery coordination experience preferred (cold chain knowledge is an advantage). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently during night shift. Basic computer skills for reporting.
Working Hours:
4-5 nights per week from 6pm-1am or 7pm to 2am
(2-3 coordinators will rotate/exchange shifts).
