Overview: POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position) This position assists in all marketing activities related to supporting the Distributors and driving sales for Singapore DC. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NA. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Interacts with all levels throughout organization; distributors, customers, and vendors. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: List the expectations for each job responsibility including quality and quantity standards to which the incumbent is required to perform and receive a rating for during the Performance Appraisal.
Provide support to marketing programs and activities to support Distributors and effectively drive sales for Singapore DC.
Assist with developing marketing materials, literatures and support tools which best meet the needs of local members and effectively support brand positioning.
Provide new ideas or suggestions for products, literatures, AOP items in order to increase company\xe2\x80\x99s competitiveness.
Conduct monthly nutrition talk for Members and Distributors.
Maintain effective communication with Members via emails and flyers etc.
Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Skills/Education/Experience:
Minimum 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the healthcare industry in Singapore with at least a Diploma or a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferably from Food & Nutrition discipline
Knowledge in nutrition and health
Customer focused, independent and strong passion for sales
Proficient computer skills: MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Photoshop
Must have a sense of urgency, can-do attitude, self-motivated and takes pride in work
Must be meticulous and organized
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight timelines
Good writing and communication skills
