Job Summary

This position supports the regional Asia Pacific Harley-Davidson University team by playing an integral role in managing and coordinating systems and technical operations to virtually deploy; ongoing training courses, train the trainer, and Dealer Staff certification managements. Your will ensure that processes, materials and knowledge are efficiently implemented and that HDU training is delivered effectively to regional partners and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) to resolve requests, needs, and requirements of dealers, field support & trainers, in a timely fashion and within HDU guidelines.
  • Collaborate and support operational standards and processes for HDU regional initiatives and projects while adhering to deadlines.
  • Manage regular and ad hoc reporting relating to training activities across various stakeholders
  • Track and manage opex and capex spending across 4 cost centers in local currencies with Finance stakeholders
  • Ensuring training inquires, standards and protocol are met within in-market requirements
  • Track agreements for facilities and facilitators with Internal procurement (IP) & Legal stakeholders

Experience Requirements

Required
  • Typically, minimum of 2 years related experience of highly organized and adaptable administrative experience
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills to cater to various cultural and communication preferences. Fluent in English, required. Proficiency in other languages a plus.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Demonstrated ability to work interdependently and to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Attention to detail and deadlines
  • Proactive collaboration and problem solving with external and internal stakeholders across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
Preferred
  • Previous Learning Management System (LMS), and SAP experience
