Job Description

Responsibilities: 
- Acquire and apply extensive and deep knowledge of emerging industry practices to solve business problems.
- Document, manage and prioritize user requests for system changes.
- Participate in designing recommended solutions and workflow in Salesforce.
- Understand the importance of and design Salesforce solutions integrated in the IT application landscape (e.g. integrations to ERP & reporting systems).
- Perform Salesforce project management including stakeholder management, project coordination and implementation.
- Conduct testing with relevant parties to improve the design and structure of the Salesforce platform and document changes including data-modelling and entity relationship diagrams (ERD).
- Resolve operational issues reported by users.
- Monitor the status of data integration with Salesforce on a daily basis
Requirements: 
- Diploma in IT-related discipline.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is essential.
- Min 3-5 years of experience in business analysis with hands-on experience in administering Salesforce Lightning platform.
- Experience in designing workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and email generation.
- Experience in Salesforce Apex Coding, Tableau or RPA will be advantageous
